The curriculum of Academy for CRM is mainly based on
Microsoft materials developed lately for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the
practical experience of team members of delivering hundreds of
CRM projects successfully and developing several CRM Applications for customers through the last
five+ years.
The curriculum consists of four courses:
The
course, Pain-point-analyses (Sales-training), is recommended for individuals or
anyone who plans to successfully consult, sell or support the pre-sales operations
of complex projects. The class is targeted toward sales representatives, pre-sales support
specialists and consultants who need to understand the competitive aspects and
gain foundational knowledge of implementing projects succefully .
The
course customization is intended for CRM Implementation
Consultants and System Administrators who understand how to use CRM.
Participants will be working with customizations developed in JScript and XML,
but are not expected to be experienced programmers.
The course Installation and Configuration training is recommended for people
who plan to install, implement, configure, consult, or support Microsoft CRM
3.0. The class is targeted toward administrators, implementers, developers, and
consultants who need to understand the technical aspects and administrative
functionality of Microsoft CRM. The course is not intended for non-technical
staff.
CRM Professional training is recommended for individuals or anyone that
plans to implement, use, maintain, consult, or support CRM projects in their
organization. The class is targeted toward marketing representatives,
administrators, office managers, CEO’s, and consultants who need to understand
the technical aspects of CRM and gain foundational knowledge of the
application functionality.
